Tank Negotiator offers 10 different environments in which to play. The game makes some reference as to how different environments may affect speed, weapons cool down or bullet speed. Some also affect recoil (how mush you are pushed back after firing bullets) and how fast skills recharge. This table goes into detail on the specific values.
